Before you start
- Choose the category that fits your project best. If you are unsure, read the category pages and example topics.
- Write a short report in English (2–5 pages, any format) or record a short video – no template is needed.
- If your project involves surveys or experiments with people or animals, collect consent and keep the forms (uploading them is optional).
- Remove student and school names from the report so the jury can judge anonymously.
Tips from our judges
- State your research question in one sentence on the first page.
- Show your data in tables or charts and explain what they mean.
- Be honest about what did not work. Good scientists report limitations.
- A short, clear video often explains a prototype better than ten pages of text.
